Sid, for the novices can you put the mileage too?
It takes a lot of time, effort, planning and training to look so ungainly on a bike!

The few numbers that are there give a distance, all the others are either 60 miles or 160

A new rad coming along soon.
Andy Hicks wins National Road Race Series

Andy Hicks has won the prestigious National Percy Stallard Road Race Series for his age group. Races were held between April and October 2010 over distances of 40 to 50 miles on country road circuits at venues ranging from Clitheroe in the north to Reading in the south. Competitors’ best 5 positions out of 7 races counted for the result and Andy emerged as the clear winner in the 65 to 69 age group.

After being beaten into second place at the recent National Championship Road Race, Andy Hicks showed his class when he won the LVRC London & SE (Region 9) Road Race Championship for the 65 -70 age group.

If I keep up the the cakes and beer I may be in with a chance when Im his age, thats if i get there.
