Back from injury or illness,fancy an easy ride? As the injured party & unable to beast my way around Tunnel Hill,I am going to ride a gentle 'sick note' at Epping. So if anyone wants to join me, 11am car park.

I'm undecided where I'm riding tomorrow.

If the forest looks dry I'll be at the car park but I'll bemaking my way to the new jumps and drops I found last week. If it's wet then I'll be going along the towpath.
