Another amazing day so close to Christmas and another large group with new girls Janine and Alice joining regulars Jane, Lynn, Minna, Helen, Gail, Jim, Gentle John, John K, Matt, Graham, Nick, Ian, Glen, Naveed, Jamie, Adam there were more but I failed to write down their names, so apologies if your name is not here!
Rode a few lower trails then headed up to High Beach and along the Wake Valley before heading back to Bradley’s for lunch. The Rads screeched down the road and lost their cheesy grins as soon as they saw the number of Mods in the queue.
Swapped Minna for Kathy at lunch, not a bad swap!
Six logs and fork handles, ridges Jack’s Hill and the usual trails back to HB then back to the car park. Before heading for the debrief with the Rads, who managed to reek their revenge for their lunch delays by demolishing the beige!
A few half-dayers!
Back at 5.30 a long day as the sun was shining.
Short report, long ride, someone, while we were at Bradley’s, said they would write this weeks report!
